Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Please TELL us what it says. A picture may be worth words when we can see it, which we can't but all we need to know is whether ONE word is there. If not, you don't have the subscription version, so you won't get the updates that include new features like Morph.

You'll still see Morph on the list of options for customizing toolbars, but even if you add it, it will remain grayed out. I have the following subscription : Office A1 Plus for students. How can I activate version updates on my powerpoint ? I need to use Morph transition. A couple of seconds later up comes a message "Updates are available. Start downloading now? Then nothing happens. This procedure repeats itself every time I open any office program. Any ideas?
